White Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Rice Krispie Squares

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (132g) Nuts N More High Protein White Chocolate Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 (168g) cup honey
  • 1.5 scoops (60g) Nuts N More Vanilla Almond Infused Whey Protein Powder
  • 5 cups gluten free rice krispie cereal
  • pinch salt, optional
  • *TOP*
    • 4 oz Amberlyn White Chocolate
    • food coloring, optional

Method

  1. Mix together peanut butter, honey, and whey protein powder
  2. Fold in cereal gently
  3. Line a 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper
  4. Press cereal into pan
  5. Put in fridge to set for ~30 minutes
  6. Slice into squares
  7. Melt white chocolate and add food coloring as desired
  8. Drizzle over top
  9. Put in refrigerator to set about 30 minutes
  10. Serve
