Crispy Low Carb Protein Waffles
Ingredients
1/2 (56g) cup almond flour
1.5 scoops (60g) Nuts N More Vanilla Almond Infused Whey Protein Powder*
2 tsp baking powder
pinch salt, if desired
1/3 c coconut milk
1 large egg
1.5 tbs coconut oil, melted
sweetener, if desired
Extracts: I added in 1/2 tsp coconut extract
*Would also taste great made with Chocolate Whey for a chocolate/coconut version!
Instructions
Whisk together dry ingredients
Mix together wet ingredients
Combine wet and dry ingredients
All batter to sit while heating up waffle iron
Cook according to waffle iron directions
