Ingredients
- 1.5 Vanilla Bean Elli Quark
- 8oz reduced fat cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Vanilla Muscle Egg Whites
- 1/2 scoop (20g) Nuts N More Vanilla Almond Infused Whey Protein Powder
- 1/3 cup xylitol (or dry sweetener of choice)
- *TOPPING*
- 2 tbs Nuts N More High Protein Chocolate Almond Butter
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, mashed or whole
Directions
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray a spring form pan with non stick spray
- With an eelctric mixer, combine cheesecake ingredients
- Pour batter into pan
- Bake for ~ 1 hour
- Turn oven off and allow to cool in oven for 1 hour
- Place in refrigerator and finish setting for ~4 hours
- Drizzle with chocolate almond butter
- Top with mashed raspberries
