Chocolate Raspberry Vanilla Bean Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Vanilla Bean Elli Quark
  • 8oz reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Muscle Egg Whites
  • 1/2 scoop (20g) Nuts N More Vanilla Almond Infused Whey Protein Powder
  • 1/3 cup xylitol (or dry sweetener of choice)
  • *TOPPING*
    • 2 tbs Nuts N More High Protein Chocolate Almond Butter
    • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, mashed or whole

Directions

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray a spring form pan with non stick spray
  3. With an eelctric mixer, combine cheesecake ingredients
  4. Pour batter into pan
  5. Bake for ~ 1 hour
  6. Turn oven off and allow to cool in oven for 1 hour
  7. Place in refrigerator and finish setting for ~4 hours
  8. Drizzle with chocolate almond butter
  9. Top with mashed raspberries
